This was a really good recipe. I did swap in cilantro for the oregano in keeping with the Cuban style, but next time I'll add both. I also added meat tenderizer to make sure the steak was good and tender. It was delicious.

I MADE THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT. I LET MY STEAK MARINATE FOR ABOUT 3 1/2 HOURS. MY FAMILY LOVED THIS RECIPE. ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE TRIED SO FAR
